TraderM8 provides analysis, journaling, and practice/backtesting tools for educational and informational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, or trading advice. Market data and any signals, biases, or levels shown may be delayed, simulated, or inaccurate. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. All decisions and outcomes are your own responsibility.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or access data that isn't yours.
Simulated results
Backtesting and demo features use historical or simulated data. Past or simulated performance does not predict future results.
Availability
The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running but don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and market data depends on third-party providers.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TraderM8 is not liable for any trading losses or damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
