Refund & Billing Policy

Plans and pricing
TraderM8 offers a free tier plus paid subscription tiers, billed in Australian dollars (AUD) through our payment processor, Stripe. Current prices are:
- Starter — $19.99 AUD/month, or $199.90 AUD/year
- Pro — $39.99 AUD/month, or $399.90 AUD/year
- Elite — $59.99 AUD/month, or $599.90 AUD/year
The exact price that applies to you is always shown at checkout before you confirm. Prices may change over time, as set out under “Price changes” below.
Subscriptions and one-time purchases are sold by Banjo Tomlinson (ABN 95 107 325 700), trading as TraderM8.
Billing and auto-renewal
Paid plans are billed on a recurring cycle (for example, monthly) and renew automatically until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method each cycle.
Free trials
Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee, from Settings → Plan & Billing → Manage billing (which opens the self-serve Stripe billing portal), or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Change-of-mind refunds
Because TraderM8 is a digital service you can start using immediately, paid fees are generally non-refundable for a change of mind once a billing period has begun. If you no longer want a plan, the simplest option is usually to cancel, which stops the next renewal and keeps your access until the period ends. Even so, if you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or barely used the plan, contact us within 14 days and we will consider a refund in good faith.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
If there is a major failure with the service, you are entitled to cancel and receive a refund for the unused part of what you paid, and you may be entitled to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss. For a problem that is not a major failure, we will fix it within a reasonable time, or refund the affected portion of your fee if we cannot. These rights apply regardless of anything else in this policy.
Note for EU and UK users: digital services normally carry a 14-day right of withdrawal, but where you start using a subscription immediately and consent to that, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply once the service has begun.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend or downgrade your access until payment succeeds.
Price changes
We will give reasonable notice before any price change, which takes effect from your next billing cycle.
Taxes and chargebacks
Prices are in Australian dollars. GST is not currently applied to your subscription. If this changes (for example, if we become registered for GST), any applicable tax will be shown at checkout before you confirm. Other taxes may apply depending on your location.
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first before raising a chargeback so we can resolve it quickly.
